I am not happy with my purchase; can I return my item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are welcome to return the item(s) for an exchange or full item refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of order.
How to make a return:
- All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Have tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- No makeup or stains
- Please complete the returns form (this can be found on your invoice) along with your returned item.
- When returning an item, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for any items we do not receive.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
We aim to process all returned items as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your returned item and process your refund. We will send you an email once this has been done. You will also need to allow further time for your refund to reach your account.
Will I receive my delivery fees back?
Unfortunately, all original shipping and return fees are non-refundable, unless a mistake was made on our part.
My item is faulty what can I do?
We truly apologise if you have received a faulty item. Please email us at email@example.com, and we will resolve this immediately.

Am I able to return an item if I have accidentally got a makeup/stains on it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items with any type of stain. All items must be returned in its original condition.
